Greece, Mexico, Nevada, doesn't matter, most these tsx listed companies all read from the same play book, allow insiders, lawyers, consultants, to invoice the company, issue fluff press releases, after the invoices are all paid, stiff the shareholders with the loss, most of them don't know where to find the number anyway. It's that simple.
