On June 14 I posted that the pre-merger value of Alio when it was bumping around the $3.10 level was $159 million.
After the merger, there are 97 million shares outstanding and at $1.64 you get the same $159 market cap.
In other words the  Rye Patch assets are now valued at zero.

Right now most of us have no idea how Florida Canyon is performing. Earnings released on Friday can be thought a bad sign. Better news releases tend to happen earlier in the week. I sold some at $2 and even $1.90 just to take advantage of other situations but it was painful to get me to part with my ALO shares at those levels. I never would have expected we would see $1.60. Scary  how far down we have come  with others.. Torex is down almost to blockade levels... Alio down big also last couple days especially.. worried about news?    But like most  here  we are going to have to close our eyes and wait  and wait till  gold becomes Gold again..   world is definetly changing,,,,,,    bitcoins..cryptos... amazon
