can anyone explain to me what happens when this merger is final ..are we gonna go down to 67 cent from todays 92?

Good question indeed,   not sure but I dont think its a great equation off the start.    Seems like .67 of the average amounts these companies were trading in march.    And both companies were pretty low  so let say a buck..    so if you had 100 shares of alio you will be getting 67 shares of Argonaut??       Not really sure about

thank you so much ..i hold alio gold and i feel confident this merger is good for both sides but as far as pice worth on merger its confusing.
