This is the way that I understand it. - A ‘questionable’ law was passed a while back. The validity of that law is being questioned. Therefore the validity of mining claims made under that law are being questioned. - - Now for the good news. Alamaden Minerals’ [T.AMM] claim was made before that new law was in existence. Therefore, AMM mining claim is not affected by any of this. [ I don't know
