Anaergia Inc > FIRST STEP?

FIRST STEP?

There is no first or any step.

Composting cannot be scaled or made economically viable because throughput is too slow and end products are of limited value.

Hundreds have tried. It is a mom and pop business catering to hobbyists.

Thus there is NO adequate return on invested capital which happens to be substantial.

The initial allure of politically generated  and controlled tipping fees quietly and inevitably vaporize.

From a peak of $25 dollars we are now at heading under 40 cents. The easy money is long gone and not coming back.

ANRG is going to liquidation at best.

The flat earth guy should explain why he spends any time on this site. Maybe he jusy got tired of watching all the wildfires and rejoicing over all the beneficial CO2 they produce (about 2.5 tons for every ton of wood burned)

I thought about buying more but that might be a bad idea.  What propelled this stock to almost $2 not long ago? In the background did the exec's know this company was doomed? If they released false information at that time it should be investigated.  Stock market is truly full of thieves.

This seems like reasonable analysis.  Wish you could have been part of the 5i team analyzing this industry and stock.  Why they would ever suggest investing in this stock and industry is beyond comprehension.  And TD is just as fooled.  I gotta find somebody who can provide better investment advice beside buy high and sell low.  Frustrating how much money I've ...more

I live in a large metropolitan area. Near me is an enormous transfer station handling industrial and household wastes, including hazardous materials of all kinds. I drop off my batteries, etc from time to time. There is a pile of compost at the enge of the parking lot available for FREE.  Avid garderners in my family and a few farmers I deal with for organic foods, know compost cannot hold ...more
