Look out if they can follow through with words to results !

Nigeria along with the new 20 year PIA act that recently passed, plans to increase production by 310 % to 4 million barrels a day, Yikes !

that would upset the opec+ plans though wouldnt it ?

Good news, but I think it is just a pipe dream and I would expect that project execution will be the problem.

It's like the US saying their self sufficent in energy when they produce 11 mil boe and use 18 mil boe. Yes Nigeria pipe dream with the the big numbers. What i look at is with the new PIA act finalized, if some of the funds can be filtered down to the little guy in regards to giving back to their people, then even a 50 to 100 % gain would be huge for oil stock prices of African oil stocks.

In 2020 the US produced 18.4 and used 18.1 not sure where you are getting your numbers from.
