Got news before quarter end

They did it the last day again... Not as big but still 62.5M this quarter...
Should have $170M cash approximately.

Will be interesting to see how much cash Prime has at the end of quarter...
Watched that presentation, same old same old on everything, coming "soon". lol
Did hear Keith mention if they can't buy more production they would give back a lot to investors, time woudl tell on that. Also talked about a bigger stock buy back, nothing small..

I still don't see any reason for AOI to go down this much, even with oil going down from 120 to 105. Only negative right now is not fullfilling any of the outstanding catalysts (licensing, kenya partner, production buy)... Were waiting before this drop in price... Waiting like others...

disagree on the presentation, found them all useful, even the sei one, and might invest, yes we did get the usual undervalued aoi story, but doesnt hurt the extras though around namibia was really good, the history and hope everyone noticed KH valuation on venus (will not take < 500 mill) and the kenya valuation net to aoi (300 mill) also notice, because keith cant, how excited gil an d the ...more

It's all talk and chatter from Keith DownHill and his crew.    Where is the announcment of the buyback iif these stable of assets are worth that much.    Buybacks and dividends!!!    That's it.......the rest is BS! They are swimming.......swimming in Cash.    And way undervalued..............they should be buying back shares in the open market hand ...more

Three months of high oil prices (for Nazi supporters) does not make a trend. They need to accumulate as much cash as possible so they dont have to use very expensive debt and can taje advantage of debt crushed companies. If you need cash sell or buy a regular div company this is a speculative stick that happens to have a ton of cash and enviable cash flow insulated from political risk in the ...more

Sweet surprise.  Keith Hill said "IF" buyback, then it should be like 10% of the float. He further said, that the Venus asset would not be sold sold for (under) $ 500m. Regarding Kenya and licensing....sure the waiting game is frustrating, but it's for sure a complicated task, which takes time, so understandable. Kenya would be a bonus for me anyway. I doubt someone wants to ...more

Venus is the most expencive thing ever. CNOOC bought 5 % av brazilian for 2bill.dollar. We have equivalent. Its 6,2 % of probably a 30% larger oil field than Buzios.

Nah he said he isnt interested in selling AOI for 500m$ pricerange, i think if someone gave AOIL like 1500m$ upfront there would be a sell.

I think he talked about Impacts 20% interest in Venus (not about Aois 30% interest in Impact). Anyway, if if there are no conditiional contract designs, noone will pay $1b before any appraisal wells.

why would he comment at selling aoi for half current mkt cap ??? he meant venus as it followed kenya, though he wasnt the clearest
