Instead of spending $$$ on a new biz jet to fly CEO around

I'll take a tight fisted CEO over a glad handing one every day of the week

I recall a Rick Ruleism...mngmnt that runs a co expecting to get taken over ( massive options, salaries etc) usually get to run the company

PS...I hate, hate, hate share buybacks...seldom do any good for shareholders but gets mngmnt options into the coin, exercised and then they award themselves even more to maintain 10% of float...or higher

If Keith spent private jet money of his own on publicly acquired shares (whole reason of a buyback, undervalued shares) I'd respect him, will he do it? Why, he gets to milk the cow without accountability, why change and care? If he all of a sudden said "I beleive in this company and am putting every penny it paid me back into it" that would make sense given HE IS RESPONSIBLE for the ...more
