Imho it needs around 3 weeks to get regulatory approval. Maybe more, because the swedish exchange is involved too. Maybe this week or next ? Doesn't matter anyway, they're late to the show. If oil stays stable, this will move up with the looming catalysts.

they are a bit late, but companies rarely time things so well...and anyway its discretionary so they can do whatr they want, and i would personally have it it in place every year, unless exchanges dont allow it. the signal though is most important

I would argue its potentially a good timing. I mean if the stock will double in the next year or even tripple then the buyback now is excellent.
