No share buyback news this week

Seems weird that the didn't announce this week. Share price down thought they would buy last week. Cheaper shares. Maybe they don't have to each week?

Anyone know if a company becomes into a blackout period of a meaningfull reasoning (insiders are not allowed to purchase or sell ), would it also mean the company has to stop their share buy backs in this blackout period also .
