I presume this refers to the recent purchases that increased AOI's holdings to 39.5% ?

There is a slight difference in the number of shares.  There is no reference in the article linking it ot the November 21st press release.

My guess is that this was the major portion of the shares purchased by AOI under the option agreement. I think that agreement was with three sellers so this is probably the major portion of the shares with two other much smaller sellers making up the difference. I would be very surprised if AOI wouldn't issue a PR if it had purchased additional shares.
