I've got such a good feeling about Ascot at the moment. Several stars are aligning and I think Derek's team has the experience to over deliver.

Not sure of your reasoning that Derek's team will over deliver. The last 4 years says the exact opposite. Anyway there is so many O\S Shares now that this will at best have a slow climb up over the next few years. At least it is on its way and this years drilling may present an entire new ballgame with this property.

I just think Derek's team is suited to building out and commissioning a mine. Less so hyping up an exploration story.

 The shareprice seems to agree with you. Spring is coming, they have a bunch of new cash to finish the project  which should nearly  be done by now. And best of all they have lots of pretty high grade gold and not really any debt to speak of and a high gold price  so all the Free Cashflow that should start piling up soon and can be used for expansion, dividends etc should soon

I really agree with what Sclarda2 had to say about Beerman's comments ,which i agree with also. This is exciting what's been happening and so close to the pour  and not long after a new 43-101 i hope.
