IAM Disappionted with AQN decision to sale25m share

It would be smarter to borrow money@3%  than to sale 25m share,which aqn has to  pay dividend @5% and incease it 10% every year, plus share price goes up, its very stupid decision, aqn CEO got packeee accent , I couldnt understand every thing he says, plus when someone ask him question , he has to pass it to another guy to answer ,he doesnt know, he does not fit to be CEO

They don't really pay the divvy, most of it is DRIPed.
