BSdetector216  you are 100%right. I am the one  with  open eyes  l do blame AQN CEO for AQN dropping of Cliff  ,he is the only one to be blame, he should be history and put in jail.

THE   CEO   has   a  termination  package  in place   for  10,000,000.00  $$$  so  you  could say  he  doesn,t  have   to worry   about  being overly competent  and   there  may  be circumstances  where  he   will   be

Arun Banskota has been CEO of AQN since July 2020, so he's been at the helm for almost 2 1/2 years now and thus hard to avoid blame for what has transpired. Perhaps market confidence in the company could be restored quicker if he were to step down and a search for a new CEO was to take place. I suspect his annual total compensation is in the millions of dollars. plus whatever parting gift AQN

All  directors  and senior  officers  temination  amounts  are spelled out  in  the   last  information circular   that can be found  on   SEDAR . That   is  where    the figures   I  quoted  come from. In general  from  a shareholder  point of view  a

I feel everyone's frustration.  Sadly most contracts ensure full terminarion pay whether is is for cause or not.   In reality mot of the Senior Management Team as well as a large percentage of the BoD are responsible for this fiasco and that would probably result in a termination payout of well into the many tens of millions of dollars.  Quite frankly, I doubt whether any
