interesting company, Aclara!

I came across Aclara and will place a bid, per the following facts and opinions:
  • It's got a large, shallow, low-overburden ionic clay REE deposit in Brazil that's rich in the more sought-after REEs that go into magnets.
  • It built and proved-up a pilot plant in Chile, that processes REE-rich clay using chemicals and recycled industrial wastewater - not freshwater that can be better used for drinking or growing crops.
  • Brazil seems to currently be very pro-mining, even more than the Quebec and Nevada in North America - and with faster permitting turnarounds.
  • Aclara just sent a 25-ton bulk sample from its Brazil REE deposit to its pilot plant in Chile, to prove-up metallurgy, derive data needed for a PEA, etc.
  • Aclara is likely to produce an NI-43-101 in the next few months, and a PEA sometime in 2024.
  • Aclara appears to be have cash to cover requirements well into 2025.
