The New Chief Financial Officer will shortly be announced! It won't be just any CFO !!!!!!! This new individual will be carefully hand selected that must fit Aecon for the " future " and becomes the missing player to win the elusive Stanley Cup!!!!  Wondeing for the past 3 weeks, who this seasoned , experienced player ( he or she ) may be!!! You're right. Aecon will require a Chief Talent Officer to develop talent acquisition strategies such as furthering the development of the AWIT (Aecon Women in Trades), sponsoring events/competitions or debates at engineering schools by involving Aecon mentors, retired Aecon PMs, funding graduate students, recruitment of bright and talented engineers abroad,.. Love it!! Absolutely love how you expanded so eloquently re Chief Talent Officer!! Ansolutely crucial to survive the very fast changing and evolving complex Infrastructure industry.  I am intoxicated with Aecon and the industry!!
