Competent management presents stats and facts as they see them, with no embellishments or exaggeration, and no attempt to cover up the negatives. And leave the "preaching" to others.
I hope the CEO gets his chest congestion looked at pronto.

- CEO reaffirmed that they will never bid on fixed price projects in the future - confident on adding to the backlog - share buyback possible once LSTKs completed 20$+ stock with LSTKs and 40$+ once completed Don't remember when was the last time that this stock started in the green after earnings call

Perfect storm is brewing! Take away is , they were cautious to over promise deliberately, meaning 100% they will overachieve . No point promising share buybacks! The minute they see some $$$$ from legacy settlements , they will relocate some funds for buybacks. Short term they will guard their cash with their lives, and this new way attitude is huuuuuge .
