strange TIMING for the dutch auction...

Q3 results and the amount of the re-instated div come out NOV 3, yet the dutch auction does'nt close until NOV 12th-ARG should have a posative REACTION but arbitrager trading will all but have to keep a strangle-hold on share appreciation for the dutch auction to be successfull..just would have been easier to get this share buy back out of the way 1st and then not have to worry about short term trading to collar the price at these levels..just a week or so but look for interesting trading next week...dwdc

We do not have confirmation that the dividend will be declared tomorrow. i think they will wait until the Auction is over. Here is a recap of the wording and they only commit to declare and pay in the 4th quarter. It could be declared in late Nov for payment in Dec Commencing in the fourth quarter of 2021, it is the intention of the Board of Directors of Amerigo to declare and pay quarterly ...more
