So if a 10% holder participated in the dutch auction would they not have to record it on sedar or do they not have to because it was an auction? I don't see anything recorded yet. Of course they probably have a week or so after the results come out which was on the 16th.

Maybe it was a head fake by stating they were offering 10 million of there share holdings to entice others to dump. Maybe they never tendered any and it was smaller shareholders that tendered.
