Blackout period?

The daily volume has dropped as of lately: and it seems that Luzich and al have stopped trimming their position since Jan 25th. Maybe they now stand where thay wanted to be (now under 14 million shares, wouldn't mind being there, no sir!), or maybe they now are have entered a trading restriction period that would certainly apply to insiders .Can anyone confirm if the trading restriction is currentlyin place, and if the trading restriction also applies to the NCIB? Thanks

I've notice that L2 bid/asks on a lot of stocks has really been thin lately. No idea why but I guess if there are trade restrictions around reporting that could provide an explanation. Maybe it is just us retailers left trading. lol GLTA
