Target price

I'd be interested to know what the target price is for posters here. Mine is $3.00 with no particular time span and an admission that all that could change if the political landscape changes to our detriment.

I have no target selling price per se. I have a target of beating the bigger of TSX and S&P index year over year. To achieve this, I pick 10 stocks, that I hope to be pretty balanced. Each stock is submitted to a series of criteria that Warren Buffet would approve. 25% is very good! I don't have that info for 10 years, sorry, I have been computing that only since last year. It is a bit tedious to compute, putting together the data from 5 accounts. And I would not like to bragg, but I did very well last year : I beat the S&P by a handfull of percentage points (I achieved 52%). This year to date, I am not doing bad either (19%).  In any case it is ...more

Your broker sends you your Performance report and fee cost usually in Jan or Feb with your monthly statement. At least TD Scotia and CIBC do as I have accounts with all three.  25 % over ten years is very hard to achieve I don't think there is one Canadian Mutual Fund that high that number.
