Caldas has now a mcap well above gcm

ask serafino to do a true spinout of caldas shares to shareholders, and get instant realization of value. it is like a special dividend to shareholders but shares are given instead of cash. easy peasy.

buying back shares would most certainly have the most effect on share price. make no mistake about it...

fine, continue buying back shares at this cheap price and then spin out caldas/aris shares in 2 years. and spin out  gold x shares as well. i have no problem holding and collecting good dividend that is higher than gov bond interest, and watching gcm continue to be a cash cow.

Aris , ( Caldas ) already began trading on the TSX today . Shows you what the big names on their board can do .   As close as I can see Aris market cap is approx . , 30% less than GCM . That is still a shock because GCM owns 53% of Aris . If you have been around Gran Colombia long enough it`s not really a surprise . It has been that way right from the start .  There are at least a ...more
