Not complicated at all . This has been in the works for a while . Another very smart move by GCM . The Zancudo could be a very big silver project but the ore is complex and needs a company to develope it that knows that business . GCM shouldn`t  be messing with it . Same as the Guia . Potential of a monster of a silver mine but again it needs to be run by a dedicated company , Darius.  &

So they flipped Zancudo for an interest in Denarius Silver, including the $3m they paid in for additional shares, obtaining a 36% shareholding.  (It always amazes me that GCM also ends of giving cash up whenever they undertake a transaction, where one would think they'd receive cash.  So instead of receving $12m for Zancudo, they received Denarius shares and then subscribed for

All those commentators offering free opinions are for the most part all self serving  blowhards.   How many times I have seen calling one thing and then the opposite happens.  This guy Bubba called for Gold heading lower and he seemd sure only to have it go up 25.00 the very next day.

tsoprano24:  You may be right. I was hoping someone would have an explanation of what was going on or the mgmt would better explain it. We're all frustrated that GCM remains so undervalued.  But, as long as there isn't confidence in mgmt and their intentions, the share price will suffer.

There is a reason IAM Gold walked away from Zancudo after spending a lot of time and money . Complex ore . You can`t build mines for free . The people who gamble millions expect to get something . Small shareholders are only along for the ride if they get lucky at all which is rare . GCM is one of the best at making good deals although they are complex.  Serafino said a few years ago in an
