Notice of Special Meeting

Got the notice today for May 27 virtual meeting . My guess is as usual nobody here will bother to tune in .
A lot of information to be read on SEDAR but after all the dust settles out we will have GCM as a mining company with 105 million shares almost on the nose , with a gain of 10.5 million ounces measured and inferred and 550 sq/km of 100% owned prime exploration area with $100 million cash in the bank .  It will also give GCM greater access to capital market .This is not share dilution for ounces gained . . There will be no other junior miner with this kind of total reserves in Colombia , Guyana and Canada with such a small number out shares outstanding .  No other way to describe this . An outstanding deal for GCM shareholders .

Yes , 105 mil shares. How the market will react once the merger done?  Gcm alone is hihgly undervalued. But they overpay ( in my mind ) gldx.( 170 mil usd for 4.5 mil oz  )  So , is the price of the deal already in the price of the gcm stock?  I fear not. I hope to be wrong. Now if you compare with the price of the fsm/ rox deal , we can hold the 5 cad.

Physical gold or buying a producing mine is one thing but overpaying  for possibility somewhere down the road considering the uncertainty of it is a foolish gamble and the market is saying so loud and clear. This is only but a tradfing opportunity as ROI with this buy out is questionable to say the least and overpaying it to boot !

Brioche , the most recent information from yesterday says there is 7.5 million indicated + 3 million inferred . That`s not counting what has been added since and the exploration potential . When they announced their intention they said they were paying $14 per ounce . It will be going down steadily the longer they drill.   There is already a mill there for use " possibly through JV ...more

No offense Wayned52 but GCM's stock price has fallen from $6.17 to $5.37 since the acquisition offer was announced.  Clearly a lot of investors aren't seeing what you're seeiing.   I keep holding my GCM shares waiting fer other investors to realize how undervalued GCM is (and has been since I invested over 3 ydars ago).   The stock price has basically gone no where ...more

lumpy , the only thing I can add is that the chart for GCM pretty well matches every other gold junior . All of them match the chart for the price of gold . We live in bizzaro world . When there is trouble in the US , big trouble , investors flee to the US dollar for safety . There is a never ending supply of US dollars . One day we will wake up and everybody will be dumping US treasuries . I have ...more

Lumpy do you not listen to Serafino? He clearly said in their last report that he could get GLDX mine up and running in a year to 18 months. Your view is not worth very much if you do not listen or believe in management. Serafino also said he has great experience from starting mines like this in Venezula. If you are that impatient that you are incapable of listening maybe you should selll and& ...more

If ( ever ) toro is built , it will be according the 2019 pea. ( from fino ) This pea forecast a 4.5 mil oz prod for the whole lom (24 y ). ( in 2 times ) That's my base case . If you consider all types of resources ( ind and inf ) ( now for sure economical at 1800 usd gold ) you will only add time to the lom with such a plant. Honestly i don't care, because 25 y or more  is not my ...more
