dilution that took place for the patch of up-river jungle swamp they aquired in guyana with no hope of a pay off for years down the road, with, of course the need to raise more money which along with the need for further dilution, takes away from buying back shares, which is what they could have done with both fists. i.e with gold back over 1800 and climibinig the stock would be in the mid 8 dollar range withtout the brain dead aquisition.
