If i were fino i will increase the stake just under 50%.

170  mil us in cash and 76 remaining from stream. Aris is worth its cash now..

Way back when all the deals were happening I said I thought Serafino had only put Marmato in a holding pattern until he could get it back in full. I still think the same thing . This is not a guy who lets things go easily

i don't think Serafino wants Aris back soon ... the reason for spin Marmato out was the risk building a big underground-mine... Aris now has a own mangement with a lot of experience... maybe GCM will get back control of Aris later (3-4 years down the road)  after most of debt is paid down (Marmato-Notes...) ....   or GCM simply takes the capital gain (Aris shares) ..sooner or ...more
