The stock should not stay there for too long. Toro is a 24 ...yes  24y ...  project with improvements to come for sure . The gap between the stock price and the reality is now so apparent.  Don't know if the proximity of Venezuela has an impact . If the timing of construction meet  deadlines , no doubt gcm will take off. A buyout is also possible before.
