Deep regret : the divi institution was ( as predicted ) a

Nightmare.
Gcm is one of the worst miners since this establisment.
And please to stop saying people can buy gcm stocks with this div.
Not a single big insider did it from the beginning . So to forget for the smalls...
Divi are money lost for the company.
How gcm could have such a rate div as a small producer ? This is totally disproportioned vs the pack of miners.
Whereas if they have  kept all this money into their  coffer , ( 18 millions cad EVERY year ) ,
Nealy 4.5 ( 4.5 ) millions stocks  could have been withdrawn from the market at the today's price.
If you suppose , 50% of the gcm shareholders are true longs , it means every y 10 % of the disponible shares would have disapeared for the gamers ( shorts , etf , algo and so on ..)
Make the maths for 2 y ...

Mngmt take years to search a good spot gold , crushed by poor decisions taken within minutes for supposedly to add value.
It's never too late to correct the shoot.

Remember always abitibi royalties ... +7000% in 5 y just by constant  buys back ( without producing anything , hitting gcm mcap ) before to be swallowed ..by a mo..r .on ..and its dil.

Quite often things are very simple.gl

a lot of people like this nightmare 4.4% divi. nobody is forcing you to hold onto this nightmare, there are many stocks with no divi you can buy. divi is not preventing gcm buybacks. divi did not make gold price drop $50 yesterday. divi did not make petro go up for election. divi is not forcing fed to raise rates. divi did not make people panic sell. if gcm had no divi Brioche would still be ...more

I have held Sandspring for 10 years (no trading) and my shares were then converted to GCM. The performance of this stock is a complete disaster. If you take the current inflation, you would have done much better with nearly any other stock.

then why are you still here re-living your nightmare? that goes for everybody else crying. all it takes is one click of the sell button to end the nightmare 4.4% divi and enjoy the full drop of -8.14% for the gdxj. a day without crying on this board is like a day without sunshine in the sahara desert.

do not listen to invest. it tries to defend the indefensible and is probably an internal one in society. iacono paredes and the others should resign and start looking for their gold in the mines.

No.. he is a smart guy for sure , but in perhaps love with the stock .
Comment by invest234 on Jun 14, 2022 11:42am
not that in love lol. i already took profit on half my gcm shares. it has become a smaller percent of my holdings, but i need to keep some shares to be diversified. i only end up posting here to dispute the bashers and negative nellies which gcm tends to attract a lot of.
Comment by Golddd on Jun 14, 2022 11:46am
Thanks for your cheap shares
Comment by invest234 on Jun 14, 2022 3:49pm
i did not sell any shares to you Golddd at this cheap price. i sold most of that half at just under $6. you admit the shares are cheap but you say gcm is the worst company in the world. the worst company in the world would be expensive at any price, not cheap. you just contradicted youself lol. then why would you want any shares at all
Comment by kkkrrr on Jun 14, 2022 1:03pm
i sold half of my shares too ..boufgt some Dundee today and will buy back GCM very soon ... this stock is way too cheap
Comment by invest234 on Jun 14, 2022 11:32am
do not listen to Golddd. the only thing he does is repeatedly bash to make people sell all their shares so he can be rich.

Invest .... my friend ..-) ... you are mixing everything  For the fun it remind me when we have had a discuss about the 53% interest about the g.notes.. At the end ,  very few weeks after , when gcm got some good cash in hands , the first thing they made,  was to refund the notes before anything else stopping this absurdity .  That said :  1) put on your screen  ...more
Comment by invest234 on Jun 14, 2022 11:29am
it was nowhere near 53%, i proved to you that your math was wrong because you were not dividing by the entire principal amount, it was really 16% as serafino stated. of course saving 16% was a good move. Brioche, you are confusing correlation with causation. just because something happened at the same time does not mean that was the cause. gcm initially went up when they declared that dividend ...more
