Is gcm in force vs aris ?

If gcm exercises the aris debentures in 1 y ( they could get 20 mil shares until 2,21cad) , gcm will have 51+ % of aris and if warrants exercised 56%+.
i don't think this is the  goal , however , gcm seems virtually the owner of aris ( by good margin ) . It means a lot , as aris expects 500koz + of prod in 2027.
Comments appreciated.

For me it could be the opposite.aris interested in gcm also because they have nice wide shoulders

Marmato and the murdered priest who opposed the gcm mine there. Its an interesting story. Maybe that's why gcm and aris stay separate. Gcm has a bad past at that location and they don't want to go back there....let aris try and make it happen

Do you ever say anything that is not the complete opposite? You should consider putting yourself on ignore. IKE

i think you talk about the Marmato-open-pit-project ...   the marmato-underground-project is totally different

In a recent interview with gcm's Serafino, when asked about the Aris holdings, he didn't exactly express enthusiasm about it. He seemed to me to be contemplating about it and that gcm may or may not hold on the the shares in the long term.

GCM is already too Colombia-focused, probably to the detriment of the share price.  Why would they want to dig themselves any deeper?  They need more Toroparus and less Aris if you ask me. Denarius in Spain is nice, but the resource is piddly.  Great Panther just sold off their Mexican silver assets for a song, why couldn't GCM swing a nice deal like that?!
