i followed this company since 13 years.They create no share holder value.The only thing they do is fill their own pockets and burn money and make one merger after the other.
I forget 2 spilts at sandspring resources.Insider trading,warrants,...
Even now is the performance bad.A lot of stocks had a much better performance.They are always in a small trading range.

At the end i call myself a fool to hold this stock 13 years.No share holder value.

These are the guys that run it now, Check out what they accomplished. The only reason I bought here. GCM Mining Corp. and Aris Gold Corp. have entered into a definitive agreement under which GCM will acquire all the outstanding Aris Gold shares not already held by GCM. The resulting entity will be named Aris Gold and will be led by Ian Telfer as chair and Neil Woodyer as chief executive officer

This means you get the next dillution. When this happens be shure the stock-price connot increase that much.The only interesting thing would be an good dividende.
