Andrew Maquire is difficult to listen to. However, it is worth the effort to listen to this issue of "Live From the Vault". He outlines a disconnect between paper derivatives and physical precious metals, gold and silver. There is a run on gold and silver inventories, declining paper liquidity, and shorts being exposed. The amount of physical underpinning paper is declining.
Andrew does a summary at the 19 minute market that helps to clarify his talk.
Essentially, he is detailing how liquity in paper gold on the COMEX is declining as paper gold positions are being convered for delivery of physical gold. This is leaving short speculators exposed.
