I looked back at the chart six months, which includes pre-merger trade.  The C$3.75 level has been adamantly defended.  This might be the downside of those B series warrants with the acceleration clause if the Aris stock trades over 3.75 for a period of time.  Warrant holders can play the stock short, cover, repeat knowing they have a cover price (via exercise) well below the stock

there is no acceleration clause for the B warrants. only the A warrants have accel clause at $2.75 x 2 = $5.50. https://www.aris-mining.com/investors/filings/default.aspx gcm went to $8 and there was no accel of B warrants.

You are correct.  I was basing my information from an earlier poster who said there was an acceleration clause of something like $3.75 for 20 days with the B warrants. They say trust but verify.  I did not verify, thanks for the clarification.
