Down again??

ARX never ceases to confuse and befuddle me. Oil is up - virtually everyone is saying its a buy and today it is down (again) by another 3% - I get that the Dividend is now off the table...but why does it it want to keep going down??

ex div is tomorrow.  if you buy today you get the div.  6 cents won't change your life but never a bad thing
