Despite

Despite being the best of the best, and even after a great merger, this one had given the least returns after touching the lows in March mayhem, most of the companies have appreciated by 6 to 10 times.

You would think the Vii share holders would be selling and buying Arx at least they could pick up the .06 cent dividend while this merger plays out.

I don't think so, arc is trading at 7.85, so VII generations is trading at a discount considering you get 1.108 arc shares. 7.85 * 1.108 = 8.6978 VII generations is currently trading at 8.53. So you could sell you arc shares, buy viI generations and not have to think about the dividend for almost nine months, it would be paid in advance it he deal goes through. IMHO
