Getting tired of averaging down over and over again, even my lowly Crew energy outperforms Arc....

Maybe let the ink dry and wait for the regulatory and legal approvals to go through. Beyond that, Q1 results come out in another month which will be very telling as to what they've done with the debt, and how much FCF the new company can create. Q2 will likely show more efficiencies through synergies. I'm looking forward to Arc moving forward with Attachie. This was a done deal and it was ...more

Priced in already, not according to the Analysts with there price targets and new Investment grade paper with this merger.

I don't agree that it was priced in already, vii generation was already trading over 8 dollars when the deal was announced, and we had not experienced condensate in the high 60's U.S.  So none of the real compelling factors existed when the deal was about to take place.  VII generations will have reduced it debt by about 400 million dollars now, since the deal was announced. 150 ...more
