Long term value creation? or Short term value Destruction!
Liquids rich companies have seen major share price improvements.
Arx has not received the endorsement of the investment community, and next week will be a important date for management to showcase their brillant plan.
If they come short, we will all come short.
If there plan is that Tourmaline is their direct competition, they are not going to do this with Arx sleepy manner of running a company, and they will need to come to the market with continual accretive M&A options, and asset monetiztion strategies.
Otherwise management needs to be up front about things, admit they are a bigger version of painted poney and once they received all their non-performace shares will sell you out.
With the share price trading as a huge discoutn in evaluations, management has hand cuffs on the company and if they story is not compelling to the investment community, Arx will stay strapped to the 9 dollar a share price pole.
You can't act like the old ARC and be competative with TOU!
IMHO

Patience Wildfire. Lol . Just a couple of months ago I was down $3500 hundred on Arc and with the recent run was up $11k on paper. With the recent retreat its now down to $9 but not too worried as I believe our share price will shoot past $10 easily in the weeks and months to come.

I think in the absence of any fresh news to drive the sp higher ARX is stuck in a sideways pattern. Big buyers slow playing it and accumulating as shares in smaller and weaker hands get frustrated and sell IMO.

Wildfury forgot to mention check out the volume. We have over 720,000,000 shares and less then 1 million shares traded so far, minuscule in the big picture. Collect the dividend until Arcs true value arrives.
