"ARC's net debt excluding lease obligations outstanding was $2.1 billion or 1.3 times annualized funds from operations." 

we are headed to $80 oil /condensate  , that statement above is  based on $60 oil 

i understand the fear from the last 7 years... but     this is a   new era, focus on divys and   a bit of development
