Currently Production is declining Quater to Quater.
ARC plan for any produciton growth for 2021 includes adding 4250 boe of processing capacity, however likely zero production gains. In fact their most profital boe were off about 8000 boe from Q1 to Q2, under ARC operations.
Sunrise ( Comissioned May 2021)
- Sunrise had added capacity in May and will added 40 MMcf of production capacity for 7 months in 2021. Will add an average of 4000 boe/day dry gas on anualized basis for 2021
Parkland/Tower
- Will at 10 MMcf of sour gas processing in October, increaseing gas overall gas processing capacity a net 250 boe a day for 2021
Kakwa (180,774 Q1 production)
- In Q2 kakwa produced 172,890 boe, a decrease of 7884 boe of ARC highest netback production.
Attachie (4418 boe)
- 1300 boe gain over Q1, for a project that is not even sanctioned yet, you know where ARC management have their priorities.
- Attachie gas plant is 2 years our so no meaningful contribution from a 600 million dollar investment for more than two years.
- Without knowing the regulatory framework that Attachie is being subject to the project will not be sanctioned until sometime in 2022 when the province, supreme court, and treaty 8 people agree on a framework.
ARC has no production growth plan, capital allocation plan, or 5 year plan that investors can invest in, that is why the stock is trading in such a dismal manner.
