Robbery is taking place, with respect to ARC

Diamondback, a $13BN shale co is pledging 50% of FCF in '22 to shareholder returns = 10% yield at $65WTI according to TPH. For CDN oil co's now thinking about what minimum "return of capital" needs to be as they draft their 5 year plans...this is now your minimum level to exceed!

Your headline is completely false and misleading - you sound like a desperate journalist for an angry story. The Nuttall chart you posted is excellent for Arx investors, don't spin it. Nobody is being robbed - The money is VERY VISIBLE, and things are being set up beautifully for a VERY good 2022. Enough already with your hate. The sun is shining and arc is glowing golden - nobody could ...more

Grandcentral, your cheerleader costume is boring, and repetative, and lacks any significant facts in terms of the company, its plans, and rewarding shareholders.  ATTACHIE is DEAD There is Gaurenteed no way that Attachie will be going ahead with the current Treaty 8 issues that will soon come to light for everyone. No one can get a permit for anything currently in NE B.C. I expect ARC has ...more

The facts are far more simple than you insist and constantly try to manipulate - I've repeatedly tried to explain that O and Gs are stuck in a political and macro traffic jamb - (the micro economics are fantastic) - why you can't understand that baffles me - quit trying to dissect arc, you are wasting your time. The macro road is currently being cleared and paved with positive demand and ...more

Sorry i don't believe your Rectoric at all, 61 percent of the shareholders are here because of Kakwa, wake up you are in the minority.  The presentation put for by management is investor mumbo jumbo, no type curves, resource estimates, or returns by regions, just some fluffly rah rah talk, to spur on the cheerleading squad.  No plan like you get with TOU, and its sad to see full ...more

On one hand your praising TOU, a much gassier producer than ARX, and the other your saying dry gas investment in Sunrise/Dawson is a sad situation? Some MHP doublespeak at its finest. Also growth in neither area is full cycle with facilities, transportation and operations staff already in place. Seven Gens was a company with one core area so of course they invested more in Kakwa. ARX is not VII ...more

Oh Breaky, really at least TOU has a plan, everyone know attachie is dead in the water. A dead duck, much like yourself, time to put a cover on your cage. IMHO

You have absolutely no basis for say it's dead. Treaty 8 isn't going to bite the hands that feed them and provide them with their lavish lifestyle. If anything treaty 8 owned companies will be the ones to build it. Unbelievable how arrogant you are MHP.

Well the clouds are clearing and it time to come to earth from La La land, and see if you can get the ARC management team to join you.  Today it is pretty well impossible to get a permit of any kind in this area, in fact the shutdown is impacting the maintenance of existing infastructure, never mind a new build out. Lots of legal is currently getting involved. It is a volitile situation, and ...more

Post facts not hearsay. There is a HUGE silver lining for those who can and do partner with First Nations. Treaty 8 leaders are quoted wanting to partner on development and want a seat at the table of future development  - nothing wrong with that. Yahey also emphasized that his members are open to industrial development so long as it is done sustainably and with Indigenous ...more

More rhetoric, last quater they said they we watching the situation very closed in their press release. Attachie looks like it is already delayed, because i know for a FACT that industry people expected the announcement in August, its not happening. If you believe these first natiions groups, i think you sit a the table with them rather then posting your cheer leading material, time for new pom ...more

There is actually a six month timeframe - your 'fact' is again wrong. Don't be surprised if there is an extension anounced, as the timeframe was also set before any knowledge of an election. Nothing good comes from fearing the worst... problems simply need solving. Partnerships are the logical way of funding some economic growth for First Nations, and the industry is on board with this ...more
