Hedges?  Weak IR?  Not sure of the reasons.. but would have expected a bump given $5 Nymex and $70 C5.

ARX SP was too high relative to TOU to begin with. Since then, TOU has less hedges, is gassier and has minimal debt which equates to more opportunity.... But when you really think hard about it, the die were cast with the respective acquisitions........TOU made out like bandits on their deals and didnt dilute much whereas ARX overpaid (considering the hedges and debt) with a lot of STOCK. I am totally opposed to your way of thinking, infact i believe ARC robbed VII Generations with a worthless gassy postage stamp asset base, where VII generations land base is basiclly contigious, in an area where the very best liquids wells, top 10 as a matter of fact are reported over and over again on a monthly basis.  In fact with a little longer wells ARC has the land base at Kakwa, and ...more

Companies are composed of assets AND liabilities.  As of June 30, ARX has hedged ~68% of their gas for the remainder of 2021, and ~50% for 2022. TOU has hedged ~18% of their gas for the remainder of 2021 and 11% for 2022.  I didn't look at TOU's hedges in detail but ARX's aren't too favourable - I see #s like 3.13, 2.13, 2.57 on Nymex and 2.41 on AECO.  Draw your own ...more

and what about CREW?? it was actually DOWN friday and continues to trade 25% + below recent hi's so it just insn't ARC..more of a sctor issue with a few exceptions..dwdc
