With condensate approaching $100 dollars, has any one checked to see if the butcher job by management at Kakwa is complete.

Have they sold off all our transmission to those high valued U.S. market places?

Have they futher reduced production and guidence at Kakwa?

Have they paid down enough 2% debt.

If we had a management team that was somewhat business savvy ARC would be 20 dollars, we have a 9 dollar management discount.

I'd take that claim with a very large grain of salt. Every commentator / analyst out there says this is an extremely well run company with a proven track record of operational performance, a strong balance sheet and a diversified stable of high-value properties; and it's also on Nutall's top-10 list of Ninepoint holdings. But of course to MyHoneyJoke it's actually a steaming pile

It was really funny watching Mike Harvey from RBC put Terry on the spot, when he asked the question why sink full cycle capex into Attachie when you have loads of 1/2 cycle opportunity in the best PROVEN montney play area in Canada. I am sure you remember Terry's answer after they fumbled around a bit to come up with one, it was to reduce risk? Wow their view of risk much be out of this

Beaky, it is dismal to watch management squander the opportunity in hand. I guess the world has forgotten that ARX is the #1 condesate producer in Canada and Condensate is trading at north of 95 dollars  Were in a commodity bull cycle and we are letting plants run idle, and selling of valuable transportation, sound like a brillant management team to me. IMHO

Next think the management will tell you is they save and extra 50 bucks, more then they thought they could save, but they dropped the ball on a billion dollar opportunity. IMHO
