A lot of low liquids dry gas in in TOU production mix and it does not compare with a production mix like ARC has where 57% if the production is liquids. (Kakwa)
Last quater ARC produced 335,000 boe a day what would their production be if they filled up the gas plants that exist today.
ARC Resources Q2 Number Kakwa
Condensate 60,319
Nat Gas 437.6
NGL's 39,633
Production 172,890 (Q2 Arc production kakwa)
437/1010 = 43% of the available Gas Processing Capacity at Kakwa is fully utilized.
437/750 = 58% of their 100% owned Gas Processing Capacity at Kakwa is fully utilized
So generally the gas plant is considered the bottle neck but we know that ARC, and ARC has 1010 MMcf of gas plant capacity available in total.
For every 6 MMcf of gas process ARC delivers 1372 boe (Condy + NGL''s) (Kakwa)
(750 MMCF DAY, arc 3 FULLY OWNED FACILITIES)
So if they filled up there wholly owned facilities to capacity they could add 52,000 boe a day of natural gas and 71,000 boe a day of liquids or 123,000 boe of liquids rich production.
That would bring ARc total product close to 475,000 boe a day.
If they filled up the 1010 full gas processing they have available.
That would add 94,500 boe/day of gas and 130,000 boe day of liquids or 224,000 boe/day
(ARC 3 FACILITIES + 1 OTHER FACILITY THE FIRST RIGHTS) 1010 MMcf
ARC if it filled Kakwa full (1010 MMcf) could produce 575,000 boe a day.
Yes i know some liquids handling would have to be added but that is the capacity.
Put that in your TOU Pipe and smoke it.
IMHO
