Using a normalized share count only, with TOU at 326 million trading at 42, Arx should be 18. With quality of assets of each either TOU is too high or Arx is way too low

you did mention you were an operations guy and not a financial guy? you are forgetting DEBT. stock prices reflect ENTERPRISE VALUE. which includes a metric called NET DEBT. tou has zero debt. arx has over $2b of debt. you can't take a cookie cutter like you just did and solve this puzzle. I have run the numbers. the stocks are similarly valued on numerous metrics.

Regardless of the topaz equity value they will target ending the year with about a billion of debt. Until they sell their equity in topaz and apply it to debt it's still debt. Great position but still debt. Don't say they are debt free when they reallly aren't, goof.
