Blueberry Treaty 8 case in BC

Anyone know how ARX will be impacted by the Treaty 8 court decision? Will they be able to drill current well licenses? Can they license new wells and build out their facilty infrastructure or does this wait for approval under future BC/Blueberry band process and regulations? Thanks

From a guy who works with Sex and is building the cutbank conversion. All existing licences can continue. After that all work stopped by all companies. Work won't start until an agreement between the feds, treaty 8 and the BC govt. Not soon

Agree with the sentiment and am sure everyone else does as well..hopefully this thread can get beyond bashing attachie as it ain't gonna happen until the treaty issues are resolved and mgmt ain't gonna spend any signifcant $ on it in the meantime..so its a non-issue/prospective play..
