Vet not really down after a gigantic run up to 16.00 from 11.20 is a few weeks. I think its got something to do with the dividend. I've seen this many times with a dividend paying stock . Down when the dividend comes up. This stock used to run Neck and Neck with VET. But VET at 16.+ and this at 11.+ . Is there something going on with the company we don't know about. I heard they hedged too ...more

Bigjake is right that VET really isn't a great comparison given their exposure to a lucrative Nat gas market in Europe. Look at the Canadian market as a whole you will see the same trend. Regarding the performance of Arx, there are a number of reasons one could say are impacting the stock price such as the hedges you mention (they are terrible). don't we have ENOUGH negativity mostly being posted by  that TOTAL MOR$N (you know who) already??? STATEMENT OF FACT:  hedges are in place for the next few years but VOLUMES ARE DROPPING... 2022 -nat gas hedges drop over 120 MMBTU per day or 45% to 35% of nat gas output. Condensate/oil hedges drop roughly the same percentage-do the math, very meaningfull indeed..later, dwdc

simple..its the BANKsters and the flashboys, where you been??..on a good note, its been -30 to -40 at nite out west for days now and that colder weather is a coming out EAST - ONTARIO shows much more seasonal -below zero to -10 at nite ...dwdc

I keep this stock on my ticker for one reason only , whenever I'm having a bad day I just check Arx's performance and it makes me think "at least I don't hold that" . Its unbelievable that a publically traded company could be so manipulated by a couple of bankers but it is , thats what drove me out of this stock the first chance I got .
