We all know that ARX has a 5.3 billion dollar ice  jam before they can pay meaningful dividends like TOU who have just given shareholders $1.45 a share.

115 Sunrise + 700  Attachie + 1.9 bill Debt + 1.5 billion Share buyback + 1.1 billion risk managent

5.3 billion of Management Priorities before ARX shareholders can look for the same meaningful return as TOU, or have a company that looks like TOU.

I think the market may be looking for ARX to follow suit after TOU announcement of $1.45 dividend and announce something special for their shareholders, don't count on that. 

Might be a great opportunity for ARX shareholders to exit...

management is doing a good job we just received a nice div the other day keep up the excellent work for the shareholders management may consider giving monthly div payments which the shareholders will appreciate, just like the old days.....

Look at TOU, today's dividend increase of 20 cents a quarter  is double the dividend that ARX just gave me on Jan 17 and tripple the dividend they gave me the quarter before.  Now add onto that special Dividends that equate to $2 dollars a share when you include last quarters dividend, TOU is handing out boat loads of cash to share holders.  A major problem for TOU is only
