Facts not Fiction - Management Robbing Shareholders

In Q3 2019 Funds from operations per share was 41 cents and they paid a dividend of 15 cents that quater.

In 2021 Q3 Funds from operations per share for the quarter was $1.06 per share and they paid .066 cents a share in dividends 44% of the 2019 dividends paid with 160% more funds flow.

In all of 2019, they paid 60 cents in dividends and only had $1.97 per share in funds from operations.

So in Q3 2021 funds from operations came in at 54% on a per share basis of what they acheived in all of 2019 for the entire year, essentially double,  at that time the management was paying out 5 cents in dividends a month to the shareholders. .

In the entire year 2021 ARC paid out only 25 cents in dividends per share for the entire year, compared to previous years where they paid out 60 cents a share.

I am wondering if management took the same haircut themselves as they are making the shareholder take?

Shareholders are afraind of ARX because the dividend is NOT safe, ARX management is quick to cut the dividend and slow to restore it. Even when they have double the funds flow.

You want to pick at the cookie dough before the chef bakes the batch. Picking at the dough is a sure way to shrink the overall yield and then be disappointed with how many cookies come out of the oven. Dividends actually rob shareholders of a company's true potential, as they decay funds from the company that would ultimately be better if grown and compounded within. Dividends are a cheap ...more

Share Buyback, support poor management who unable to manage or present a compelling business case. ARC paid significantly higher dividend with 1/2 the funds flow per share under previous management. We are in a industry where the value of the commodity constantly changes, so shareholders need to get paid when the money is in the till.  Has the Dividend policy CHANGED regarding criterial to ...more
