Erics Numbers - I thought he didn't make up numbers?

Erics numbers seem so pretty out of wack to me, i think much of been think of Noah's Arc, not Arc Resources.

700 million Attachie
115 million sunrise
1.9 billion debt
800 million - 50 million more shares buyback

Debt free when? with 3.515 billion of cash spend planned?

1 billion Risk Management Loss

I don't see shareholders getting paid anytime soon.

IMHO

Calm down HP , take a breath , relax and read before posting . You're wasting your time whining about hypotheticals when the Red Sea is parting (Noah's Ark retort) as we wait for the tablets etched with record year end numbers to come down from the mountain , only days away . You can hold your breath until your face turns blue but you can't stop it , the market is interested in Arc and ...more

All respect MyHoneyPot, I think you've been right on a few calls here for sure.. but this one isn't accurate in fairness: $600-$700M for Attachie development, $75M is included in 2022 CapEx, so $525M-$625M remaining to pay yet. $115M for Sunrise is covered under CapEx / CF, not included in FCF. They generate about $400-$600M per quarter in FREE Cash Flow (above CapEx). -$800M of ...more

My numbers are not that far off, and really all these full cycle capex decisions that what i am trying to illustrate, and represent decisions not to pay dividends. However the reality is 2024 before you get a meaningful dividend.  I could dispute a couple of those numbers, but generally i agree.  These are the issue that i am concerned about, these all seem like house repairs 625 ...more

MHP, you have the answer to your own dilemma in your last paragraph.........not a priority? No Is it worth hanging around for? No Better to move elsewhere? Yes End results.......possibly more $$$$, positive attitude ( if that's possible ), extended lifespan. Lol

MHP, again, full respect,  But here's what I think: Attachie will not likely go ahead in 2022.. will take some time for Blueberry to work through and Terry himself said that they'll need to time it so they're not commissioning in the winter.. which means, it'll get bumped out to 2023. This leaves them a full balance sheet repair in 2022 & egregious amount of buybacks ...more

Share buybacks at this share price don't seem attractive but at if you believe that the share price can double from here as analysts have predicted then they seem like a bargain at today's prices. When you take into account shareholder returns does a 100% upside from here not enter into the equation? It does for me.. GLTA Longs!

mhp , how can you say any of this with a straight face ? You keep recommending everyone sell and invest somewhere else but you don't follow your own advice . I believe everyone in North America knows you are short and trying to engineer a way to cover your "exposure" but you are wasting your time .The cat is out of the bag and I fully expect a more reasonable value as results are ...more
