I am hearing "rumblings" of ARX having itss tires kicked by a large buyer . There is an accumulation of shares that keep recycling and bought back until the magic 10% ownership where intentions must be announced . Might be BS but it does make sense , no other reason Canada's largest condy producer would be failing so poorly in an open market . Doesn't matter to me since I think this dawg will be chained down until there is a change in the present C-suite

Not to pop anyone's balloon but keep this in mind , the "gossip" and I call it that because it was all verbal with no specifics , actually proof or country of origin , just that someone or (something) was kicking the tires . One other point , if this was spearheaded by that Russian outfit buying around the Monteney then you can kiss it good-bye too , no way a Russian buys anything

I agree with TD ,this stock needs a shake-up, these numbers are rediculous even with hedges. I do hope a change comes, a buyer would be terrific ,i would buy more if that happened.

There is and has been relentless selling in ARX... not sure why, but there has been..  The NCIB has barely been keeping the stock price stable..  would be much worse if it wasn't in place even. Definitely a target on this company's back, likely to be acquired.. and not for a large premium either.

CNQ just announced an NCIB.  If you made a take over offer and expected the market to to depress your stock price as it ussually does for the acquirer are you allowed to pursue an NCIB or would that be considered manipulating the market? GLTA
