Results

20% increase in the divy and outstanding shares down to 680M and increased investment in Kakwa (that should make honeypot happy) . Deals with LNG Canada plus Chenierre all good , HH nat gas trading at $8.80 and the beat goes on .......

Market Screener initailly report EPS of $0.96/share, however it appears they took a loss on the quarter. Does someone mind explaining that a little? Thanks!

I'd say the problem this quarter is lower end production on oil and condy (less than 81000 bbls/day) and high royalties and taxes paid on the higher oil and gas prices which we still have to pay even though we aren't receiving those higher prices on the hedged production.  Remember, WTI was only a bit above $90 and HH was $4.50 as opposed to our present $100+ and almost $9.00 HH so... ...more
